First time visiting, very down to earth, the personnel were very polite. Learned during the week there is a menu but on weekends it's a buffet. Very good food

Excellent dining experience. Classic all-you-can-eat buffet. Fast friendly service with plenty of drink refills. Food, salad, and desert bar.

This a great dang place here. It’s a restaurant and a bar. Hailey was my waitress. A very polite young lady. If I come back here. I hopes she’ll be my waitress again. Salad and breakfast bar was spot on. Sure beats truck stop food. Can’t go wrong here. If you are in and big rig. Park at Walmart. It’s a little walk. But is place is worth it.

The breakfast buffet on the weekends is fire and well worth it. My waitress was awesome

It was awesome place So friendly nice and cool, great food nice selection brisket, sausage ham, pork ribs, catfish, chicken fried steak salad bar, dessert WOW price range was great It’s a buffet as well

We took our office there for a Christmas bkfst. Our party was a 12 top and the staff did an excellent job. Our drinks were top off frequently, the mimosas and bloody Mary's were phenomenal and the all you can eat bkfst buffet was yummalicious. Great place to spend some time at!

Salad bar had fresh lettuce and vegetables that made creating my perfect salad. The pasta salad was delicious as was the potato salad. Their homemade ranch dressing is hands down the best in Johnson County. The selection of hot meats and vegetables didn't disappoint. Their smoked brisket is fork tender with a full body smokey taste. And I can't forget to mention that scrumptious BBQ sauce. My goodness, it hit all the right marks. Sweet, spicy, smokey, tangy, just pure deliciousness. The fried catfish was by far the best item on the buffet. Seasoned perfectly with crispy edges and fluffy white meat. To finish things off, you've got your choice of cherry or peach cobbler or some old fashioned bread pudding. I added a dollop of butter on top of mine and finished every single bite. The price may be a little on the steep side, but the quality of the food explains why. You really can't go wrong with anything you eat there because it's all great. Having a friendly staff that checks in on you and makes sure your drink stays refilled makes the West End Grill one of the easiest choices of restaurants to recommend. If you haven't been there yet, I highly suggest you take the time to go. You won't be disappointed or leave hungry. Instead, you might need help walking your big belly back out the door when you're finished.

The buffet isn’t huge but the food was quite good and surprisingly fresh. We were attended to quickly and our waitress was friendly and attentive without being pushy. Would recommend. It was about 15 for the buffet but I’m told it is about 10 for the salad bar only.
